Oh! I forgot to mention! While I was getting my hair cut Joo Hee wanted our photo taken a bunch of times as she’s being interviewed by a Korean newspaper about her salon here and how quickly [it’s only been one year since she opened] she’s built up her business [I’d like to think I’ve helped since I recommend it to everyone and have brought in a few customers directly myself too!] and she said she was going to use our photo ^^ So I might be in a newspaper~! And if you see it would you let me know?? She said ‘maybe’ so I’m not sure what that means ~~
I cried a little before I went to get my hair cut, so I’m hoping my eyes aren’t red or anything!! >.<
I’m sure they will photoshop it ~
Did not do a good job on my hair (dye). A chum had a much worse experience than I.
Just FYI as I know that place gets a lot of praise on the internets.
In my experience in Korea, every time I went to a place that had good reviews online… they fucked up my shit.
The best place I found was YS hair in Myeongdong. It’s near Mango on the 4th floor of a building. There is a girl there who worked in Australia for several years and I am sorry I do not remember her name. She fixed the colour of my hair, managed to dye only the roots like I had asked every other stylist and didn’t destroy anything in the process. And she was working on fixing my colour so that it could eventually get to a shade I wanted not just progressively more bleached like everyone else was doing. But then I moved.
Anyway. Just a suggestion ^^

I always feel… Like lazy if I have my hair up? Which is weird since it takes more effort to put it up than to leave it down right?
Anyway what I am saying is that I wish I could rock up do’s without feeling lazy/ugly/I have flat hair like Freja.

If you’re in Vancouver I would definitely recommend Joo Hee Hair on Robson and Cardero(I think)~ this is the 3rd time I’ve been to her, service is excellent and everyone who works there is great ~
I’m going to need all the things here and seeing her hair makes my nearly decided decision to colour mine dark and be done with it… less decided. god damn it.

Ah that last photo. That was my hair growing inspiration. But mine is now a little longer. However not so thick. And I just finally got those bangs so …~~
And to be honest this kind of darker blonde, but more ashy cause I prefer ashtones, is what I want but somehow I always end up with lighter and lighter.
