Here’s a really simple way to do something crazy with your makeup without going overboard: wear a bold liner color with nothing else.  I chose red.

I simply lined the top lid with red liquid liner (winged optional) and paired with a matte brown-based blush.

I finished the look with lots of mascara.  This look has that “outside the box” quality while still being totally wearable.

I totally love this!! My mom has a nice purple gel liner that she says doesn’t go on nice (it’s Mac and it totally does go on nice so who knows wtf she’s doing) that I could use! But I love this red too!
